2, the selection of paper, the general gift box wrapping paper is made of double copper and matte copper paper, the gram weight is generally 128g, 105g, 157g, very few gift box wrapping paper will have more than 200g, because the wrapping paper is too thick, the gift box is easy to bubble, and the appearance looks very dull. Laminating paper is to choose the appropriate double gray paper according to customer needs, commonly known as gray board paper or gray cardstock.

3, printing, gift box is only printed packaging paper, laminating paper is not printed, at most just dyeing, because the gift box is the outer packaging box, so the printing process is very high, the most taboo color differences, ink spots, rotten version of these shortcomings affecting the aesthetic.

4, surface treatment, gift box wrapping paper usually to do surface treatment, the common is glossy laminated, matte laminated, spot uv, glossy varnishing, matte varnishing.

5, die cut, cut is a more important link in the printing process, to cut must be accurate, if the die cut is not allowed, cut bias, cut constantly these will affect the subsequent processing.

6, mounting, usually the printed matter is first mounted after die cut, but the gift box is first mounted after beer, one is afraid of making flower packaging paper, the second is the gift box pay attention to the overall beauty, the gift box mounting paper must be handmade, which can reach a certain beauty.

7, the last is to punch the hole, do not punch the hole to wipe the glue on the surface, and then you can pack the delivery.
